Du 09 au 14 juin 2024, le bjCSIRT, en tant que CSIRT national, a participé au 36ᵉ Congrès annuel FIRST à Fukuoka, au Japon, sur le thème « Bridging Security Response Gaps« . Cet événement, organisé par le Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST), a rassemblé des experts en sécurité informatique du monde entier pour discuter des meilleures pratiques et des nouvelles technologies en réponse aux incidents de cybersécurité.

Le congrès a réuni des équipes de réponse aux incidents informatiques et des professionnels de la sécurité du monde entier. Il vise à promouvoir la coopération, la coordination et le partage d’informations entre les membres et la communauté en général. Le thème de cette année mettait l’accent sur la réduction des lacunes dans la réponse à la sécurité.

L’équipe du bjCSIRT a participé à plusieurs activités, dont une compétition de cybersécurité où elle s’est classée 8ᵉ sur une centaine de pays participants. En plus de cette performance, le congrès a favorisé la coopération et la coordination entre les équipes de réponse aux incidents, stimulant des réactions rapides face aux incidents et encourageant le partage d’informations.

En résumé, la participation du bjCSIRT au 36ᵉ Congrès annuel FIRST a été une expérience enrichissante et inspirante, renforçant les compétences de l’équipe et soulignant l’importance de la collaboration internationale en matière de cybersécurité.

From June 9 to 14, 2024, bjCSIRT, as a national CSIRT, participated in the 36th Annual FIRST Congress in Fukuoka, Japan, with the theme « Bridging Security Response Gaps« . This event, organized by the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST), brought together IT security experts from around the world to discuss best practices and new technologies in response to cybersecurity incidents.

The conference brought together IT incident response teams and security professionals from around the world. It aims to promote cooperation, coordination and information sharing between members and the community at large. This year’s theme focused on closing gaps in security response.

The bjCSIRT team participated in several activities, including a cybersecurity competition where it ranked 8th out of around a hundred participating countries. In addition to this performance, the conference fostered cooperation and coordination between incident response teams, stimulating rapid reactions to incidents and encouraging information sharing.

In summary, bjCSIRT’s participation in the 36th Annual FIRST Conference was an enriching and inspiring experience, strengthening the team’s skills and highlighting the importance of international collaboration in cybersecurity.
